En 1897, Mac Millan publicaba en un solo volumen, tal y como vieron la luz en su día, Northanger Abbey & Persuasion. Esta edición contaba con una introducción de Austin Dobson y las ilustraciones de Hugh Thomson. La edición que hemos utilizado y que podéis ver en la foto, es una reimpresión posterior, en preciosa tela de tonos anaranjados, con letras y bordes en dorado. Reproducimos arriba las ilustraciones de Persuasion. Las dedicadas a Northanger Abbey las recogeremos en su apartado correspondiente.
